1995 •
"K" line (Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd) Freight Analyst; Pacific Southwest & Asia / Mexico Training Officer. Providing essential logistics support and information to clients purchasing shipping services. Analyse current rates and quote accordingly. Also responsible for training the Mexico City location on the use of their new computer interface system.
1997 •
PerryVidex LLC. Staff Director, in charge of Latin American & Asia Business Development. Focussed on "used" machinery appraisals, purchases, sales and logistics for the pulp, paper and tissue manufacturing industries.
2008 •
Available Papermill Equipment (AVPLLC). Consulting, Buying & Reselling of USED MACHINERY in Cooperation with PAPERMILL SURPLUS (Michael Kauffman) of Minneapolis, Minnesota USA. Focussed on "used" machinery sales of process machinery for the pulp, paper and tissue manufacturing industries.
2015 •
Official launch: New Machinery From China LLC (NMFC, LLC). An American company with a representative branch office in Nanning, China dedicated to consulting the paper industry at large. including quality assurances services for NEW PROCESS machinery purchased from the Peoples Republic of China. This company is an expansion of AVPLLC.

Víctor Rosa
President & CEO
Vic Rosa brings with three decades of pofessional experience to NMFC, LLC in the pulp, paper and tissue manufacturing sector. He also manages the USA Virginia-based AVPLLC (Available Papermill) used machinery division in partnership with PIDA (Paper Industry Dealers Association) an international organisation of independent machine brokers and dealers in the used(second-hand) machinery industry.

Juan Espinal
Chief of US Operations, USA
Juan (Jay) Espinal is our USA Chief of Operations / Tech Guru. He handles all US based logistics and coordination and is our US Financial Operations Liasion Officer, He also oversees most of the tech and social media marketing for both companies; AVPLLC and NMFC. He handles all strategic coordination and Resseach and Development fo athe company and its affiliate networks. He doubles as our in-house photographer and videographer on special assignments related to Macinery Valuations and or inventory proejects.

Luo Wen (Rowan)
Executive. Vice President; China
ROWAN is our Operations Manager, in charge of ourChinese branch office and coordination for the same. She is also responsible for all invoicing and accounting matters as well as outbound logistics. She is an excellent liaision who also handles ALL Chinese Supplier Relations and NMFC client itineraries when they choose to visit China. No better person to help you navigate in China or look after the management of your projects.

Liang Zhijiing (Halley)

Halley is a graduage of Guanzhou University with a Bacherlors of Science Degree in Acconting. She joined NMFC in the spring of 2019, and has been instrumental in the management of all logistics operations and Import/Export documentaion for our many clients around the world. She maintains close relationships with three of the top Chinese shipping lines and bulk cargo airlines able to fasciltate prompt and, most importantly, economial freight rates for your valuable purchases.
